How it all works
Whether you dry clean weekly, monthly or just once in a while, you can enjoy the convenience Speedy Cleaners Home pick up & Delivery Service has to offer. Trying Speedy Cleaners delivery service is simple. You may contact the 24 hour voice auto service or speak with a Customer Care Representative over the phone by calling us at 9.30am. 5.30 pm ET If you have special instructions, no problem! Just fill out a Special Instruction Form and leave it with your speedy Cleaners bag. Our payment system is very flexible. You may pay cash at the door or we will charge your credit card at the end of each month. It's really that simple.

You choose the location you'd like our courteous drivers to service. It's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location. We are very flexible with the location.

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?
At no charge we'll provide Speedy Cleaners laundry bags. If you do not have a Speedy Cleaners bag, just leave your clothes in a plastic bag in your location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Speedy Cleaners," on the bag in large letters. Your driver will pick it up and leave a bag for your next order.

How do I get my special Speedy Cleaners laundry bag?
Your driver leaves one for you each time he/ she picks up your clothes.

Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
Basic: (Cash at the door) Customer needs to be there for either the pick up or drop off. Premi (credit card users) No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Our driver will service your pre-designated location.

You can pay with cash at the door or your credit card will be debited every month. You will receive a SpeedyCleaners monthly statement that documents your charges.

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
Upon sign-up, you will receive via email a confirmation of your start date. In addition, on our first visit our driver will leave you a welcome kit which will include, among other things, your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.

How do I tell Speedy Cleaners home delivery about a special request/issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.
